The core caliper body is precision-machined via an advanced forging process from premium aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. Compared to conventional cast calipers, this split-forged two-piece architecture eliminates internal structural porosity, yielding significantly higher tensile strength and fatigue resistance under intense dynamic loads. Furthermore, the calipers are equipped with internal fluid cross-over passages and multi-stage internal seals to prevent fluid leaks under high pressure. The surface features a specialized multi-layer, high-temperature resistant coating, ensuring robust anti-corrosion protection and long-lasting color stability even under sustained thermal conditions during aggressive track driving.
Our brake discs are manufactured from high-temperature resistant carbon-iron alloy, engineered specifically to resist thermal cracking and minimize brake fade. These ventilated rotors accelerate thermal dissipation through optimized internal curved vanes, ensuring stable friction performance during high-speed deceleration. Accompanied by low-dust, high-mu performance pads, high-strength anti-noise shims, and composite stainless steel wire high-pressure resistant brake lines, the entire system guarantees zero volumetric expansion and an immediate, firm pedal response.
